Jim Beatty has worked for almost 30 years in the fitness industry and has helped thousands of people to change their lives by leading, educating, and coaching them through exercise, fitness, and real-world nutrition principles.
Jim has a degree in Exercise Physiology from Lock Haven University, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Jim is also a Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist through NESTA, and certified Post-Rehab Specialist.
His attention to detail and skilled assessments lead to effective and efficient workout programs designed specifically to your needs and goals. Jim believes in training the body from the inside out, and from the ground up, in order to develop proper alignment and build a solid foundation, which will help you achieve more than you thought possible.
Jim is an active member of The Be Better Project, a collection of the top trainers in the country working together to bridge the gap between fitness and medicine. Jim is able to help you lose weight and improve your body fat, able to balance your strengths and weaknesses to alleviate pain and improve performance, and to positively affect Endocrine System function to have you healthy and fit on the inside as well as on the outside.

Laura Beatty
Fitness Professional & Wellness Coach
Laura Beatty has worked in the fitness industry for over 23 years and is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM). She also graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology.
Laura has gained a lot of experience in the industry through managing teams of trainers at one of the busiest and most prestigious health clubs on the Main Line. This management role along with her experience as a college rugby player has helped her learn how to "get things done." Whatever your needs or goals are… to lose weight, get stronger, train for a specific event, or just make your life easier and better, Laura can help you reach your goals.
Laura also has a specialty in working with clients with special needs. Whatever the challenge, I’m sure she’s worked with it before, and can help you wherever you are.
